We are a husband and wife team of wedding photographers who strive to document each wedding as it is.  Our goal is to capture real moments that flow from the natural course of the day. Because we work in this unobtrusive style (known as wedding photojournalism), you know in advance that your wedding photography will not involve excessive interruptions and posing.  Our approach is always centered on allowing you to be yourself so the pressure is off and you are free to have fun.

Even during portrait sessions, we strive for a candid feel in which you are not necessarily focused on the camera. We'll find some great light or interesting scene and we try to set the stage for a moment to take place within that scene rather than stage the moment itself.  We believe this is how people look their best and have fun in the process.  The quality of work in our portfolio speaks for itself. Why have two wedding photographers?  Weddings are fast paced events with innumerable moments worthy of photographic documentation.  Two photographers at your wedding tell your story more completely.   

On your wedding day we'll arrive during the hours of preparation before your ceremony.  Josh documents the groom's excitement before heading to the ceremony site.  As your guests arrive, he is there capturing the hugs and smiles as people begin to mingle.  

Amber joins the ladies as they prepare and (at the bride's discretion) stays with her until she's ready to walk down the aisle. The dress, the bridesmaids, friends and family popping in to wish her well, last minute touch ups, the look exchanged between the father and the bride before heading down the aisle - Amber has experience capturing it all, and you'll hardly know she's there.

Our cameras are time-synced for easy chronological viewing later.  The images unfold like a story, the story of one of your most important days.
