We are a husband and wife team of wedding photographers who strive to document each wedding as it is. Our goal is to capture real moments that flow from the natural course of the day. Because we work in this unobtrusive style (known as wedding photojournalism), you know in advance that your wedding photography will not involve excessive interruptions and posing. Our approach is always centered on allowing you to be yourself so the pressure is off and you are free to have fun. Even during portrait sessions, we strive for a candid feel in which you are not necessarily focused on the camera. We’ll find some great light or interesting scene and we try to set the stage for a moment to take place within that scene rather than stage the moment itself. We believe this is how people look their best and have fun in the process. The quality of work in our portfolio speaks for itself. Why hire Josh and Amber to photograph your wedding in Italy? Amber lived in Rome for half a year where she worked as a photographer for an international travel agency and studied photography at Temple Rome. Although her professional experience there predated her wedding photography days, she is well accustomed to guiding others and photographing portraits throughout Italy. And Josh is probably taller than any man in Italy. Ha! Just kidding, but maybe not. His height does come in handy for those downward angles... Seriously though, you should hire us because you'll get two photographers, a talented husband and wife team, at very competitive rates simply because we'd love to be a part of your romantic adventure. There are many advantages to hiring an American photographer to photograph your wedding in Italy: Language proficiency, shared culture and aesthetic, and the value of the American dollar relative to the Euro, to name a few. On your wedding day, you want to be sure that whoever is taking your pictures understands you completely. Your photographer should not just speak the same language, but understand the look you are going for and be able to put you at ease during your portrait sessions. We'll make sure that we communicate thoroughly with you in advance of your wedding to get to know you and lay the groundwork for beautiful photos. It helps too in the planning and follow-up stages that we are able to communicate concisely and in a timely manner and that deliverables (photo discs, albums, etc) are conveyed without incident. |

Josh and Amber are amazing photographers. I did a lot of research of various photographers, (we must have interviewed at least 10 photographers if not more), and out of everyone we chose Josh and Amber. Amber- You were my "sidekick" and unsung hero all day long- Fixing my veil, helping w/ my dress, helping buffer the miriad of questions coming at me from all sides. Having Amber and Josh as our photographers was one of the best wedding planning decisions we made.
